Prices

* Prices include any additional costs and final cleaning (cleaning service during the stay on request also possible). Bed linen and towels as well as additional pillows and blankets on request are also included in the price.

** Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. For children up to 12 years we charge a fee of 15,00 € per child/night.

The personal welcome and handover of keys will take place on site:
Arrival from 14.00 o'clock / Departure until 11.00 o'clock.

Pets are not allowed in our vacation home and unfortunately have to stay at home.

Long stay discount
For longer stays in our vacation home we grant a discount, which breaks down as follows:

• Discount from 7 nights - 4 % discount
• Discount from 14 nights - 7 % discount
• Discount from 29 nights - 15 % discount

Conditions of payment
The deposit amount is 20% of the total price at the time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid by cash on the day of arrival. Account information is available on the letterhead of the rental agreement. In case of short notice reservations: Full price by cash on arrival.

Cancellation
You can retreat from the rental agreement at any time before start of the term of lease. In this case we will try to find rental substitution.  The hirer has the right to nominate a substitute hirer. If a substitute hirer should not be available, a cancellation fee will be charged:
- Cancellation until 21 days before start of the term of lease: 20% of the total rental price agreement
- Cancellation until 3 days before start of the term of lease: 50% of the total rental price agreement
- Any later cancellations: 90% of the total rental price agreement
