Holiday Flat "Schalkhaus"
Our in 2011 renovated and modernised holiday flat is located very close to the historic city centre (15 minutes by foot) and offers plenty of living space (ca. 85 m²) for up to 6 individuals.
2 comfortable bedrooms + extra bed
Both bedrooms in the holiday flat are very comfortable and generously equipped. One of the bedrooms features a full-size bed while the second bedroom comes with two single beds. Another sleeping accommodation for 2 individuals is available on a large daybed in the living room. For kids there is also a travel-bed.
Holiday home for connoisseurs
If you want to spend your evening indoors, the living room offers you more than enough space to do so. Besides both, seating area and dining room, the living room also features satellite TV, radio, CD-player and WLAN internet access ready for usage. From the living room you can also gain access to the big balcony, which offers large space for 6 individuals.
Completely equipped kitchen and modern bathroom
There is no need to do without convenience since the modern kitchen is extensively equipped with everything you need: dish washer, induction cooker, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, etc. The bathroom comes with a toilet, bathtub, shower as well as a hair drier and a washing machine.
